With the help of Carbon molecular sieve, this nitrogen purity can be increased to 99.9999%.  For many customers, they need nitrogen high purity just higher than 99%, such as food packing application. For some application such as SMT, they need 99.99% purity. For later cutting, normally 99.999% purity even 99.9995% purity nitrogen is used. Achieving higher purity means bigger consumption of compressed air,which increases the Air Compressor size, so the operation cost is higher than lower purity nitrogen.

For Nitrogen Generator, during operation, the only consumption is compressed air. So maintaining same nitrogen flow rate and purity, with less compressed air consumption, the whole system consumes less electricity for the air compressor. As nitrogen generator is designed for 24 hours non-stop operation, machines with better energy-saving performance reduces machine lifetime cycle investment.

Making most use of compressed air inside the adsorption tower is a good way to achieve energy-saving.
