Gamma Advanced Energy-saving Oil Field Nitrogen Generation System produces big flow, high pressure nitrogen for oil exploitation application. This machine can produce nitrogen with flow rate as big as 5000 Nm3/hr, purity normally 99% to 99.9%. Its outlet pressure can be as high as 300 bars, because it has one Nitrogen Compressor. This high pressure is important for oil exploitation. This nitrogen generation system consists of Air Compressor, air treatment part, air tank, nitrogen separator and nitrogen buffer tank and nitrogen booster compressor. With this Nitrogen Gas system, the oil exploitation efficiency is highly improved. 

Special gas distribution system

This nitrogen generation system is equipped at both top and bottom side of the adsorption tower multi-layer hole plate structure and special hole arrangement. These makes gas distribution inside the tower much more efficient.

Pipeline flow speed control technology
